RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Opened or used items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.

REFUND CONDITIONS

• You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund
• Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Please contact us with:

• A photo of the received item(s)
• A brief description of the issue

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you request a return for personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want the item):

• A 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

RETURN PROCESS

Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions by email.

• Ship the item to the provided return address
• Share the tracking number with us

After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

MISSING ITEMS

Some items may be shipped separately.

• Customs Issues: If your package is held at customs, please contact us for assistance. If you refuse to accept the package, a full refund may not be guaranteed.
• Incorrect Address: If an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, we are not responsible for refunds. However, we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier.
